Twice this week my son got screwed over by your terrible system and employee incompetence. On Wednesday, around 4pm, my son was “on deck”, had five minutes on the timer when an employee punched out of the system and his time jumped up to 25 minutes. Maybe the employees should punch out before they take their last customer so the customers waiting don’t get screwed over. Today, same time, my son was at the top of the list, “on deck” again, wait time down to two minutes when two stylists huddled together and decided the free stylist would take a customer who was there waiting but was 10th on the waiting list. Once again, my son's wait time jumped up to 20 minutes. What the hell is the point of the wait time if it’s not going to be close to accurate and be manipulated by employees and their friends or whatever the hell happened today. My son is severely autistic and has anxiety about haircuts. So I try to time it so we are not waiting long. So when crap like this happens and we leave twice because of this crap, it affects him and now we have to attempt to get a haircut a third time. But it definitely won’t be at this salon ever again. Not wasting his time and playing with his emotions again.

Great location, will definitely be coming back. Jordan does a great job. Came in with a mop on my head and with little explanation she was able to get it back to its prepandemic look with ease.

I drive from Princeton to get my haircuts here. It doesn't matter who the stylist is, Always receive great haircuts. I especially like it when football on the TV's. LOL
